To Death With a Smile

This international poster competition asks its contestants to create a poster with the theme of death for the Day of the Dead celebration in Mexico. The concept behind this poster was to use hand-drawn art scanned in and manipulated. The theme is that life is a gamble, and we never really know when life can end and when it will continue. This poster was one of the 300 finalists named out of 5000 entries and was displayed at the Mumedi Museum during their exhibit.
